There was lots of excitement at the brewery on Thursday 17th January with the announcement of the exact routes of the Yorkshire hosted Stages 1 and 2 of Le Tour.
A big hurray could have been heard bouncing over the hills from the home of Little Valley that sits 1000 feet above sea level, and just off the infamous Cragg Vale Hill Climb, England’s longest continuous gradient.
Stage 2, by far the most challenging of the two days in Yorkshire, will embrace the Cragg Vale hill climb as the riders make the approach from Hebden Bridge, into Mytholmroyd and over the little bridge onto ‘the hill’ up Cragg Road.
We will certainly be organising for a very warm welcome to anyone who wants to join us at the brewery on the Sunday 6th July 2014. Watch this space!
